You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

I've always dreamt of creating little collectible toys that have little personalities to them as I grew up chatting to my toys (I don't do that anymore, don't you worry) and it brought me so much joy to give them character traits and explore what their place is in my imaginary world.
