Silk and Sari Slow Stitching kit - upcycled and zero waste materials

Looking for a way to relax? Try slow stitching. This silk and sari inspired bundle in beautiful shades of copper and rose gold contrasts beautifully with the coarser texture of wool, the soft wrinkle of the hand-stitched antique quilt, and the silky smoothness of the vintage cream lace. This kit includes scraps of silk and lace from special dresses I have made, together with vintage pieces collected over the years. It also includes trims and embellishments from my stage costume making, and remnants salvaged from upholstery and patchwork quilt projects. Both the A4 box (shown in the photos) and the smaller A5 starter box are based around the same carefully curated collection of vintage, reclaimed or salvaged textiles - the sizes of the scraps will differ, and there is more variety in the larger box. Your box will include a piece of calico fabric for a foundation to sew into, needles and pins, and my introduction to slow stitching leaflet and stitching guide (you can swap this for an emailed copy plus extra textiles - see options).
