Tree Agate can be similar in appearance to Moss Agate, but Tree Agate has an opaque white base instead of the translucent base of Moss Agate, and the greens are more branch-like, and less 'frondy'. Both stones are thought to have a strong connection to the Earth, support emotional and mental well-being, calmness and peace. The stone I have chosen for this necklace contains large areas of green, ranging from a light sage green to deeper forest shades over an opaque, grey-white base. The colours work well with the soft hues of Green Aventurine, and the warm copper tones.
