About this item
This original print is inspired by the local surrounding countryside. It is printed in a dark blue and shows snowfall across snowy fields, rosehips and cow parsley in the foreground and the skyline shows fir trees and snow falling. The ink used is Caligo Safewash ink and the linoprint is printed on Printmakers Snowdon paper, 300 gsm. Each print is titled 'Winter' and signed in pencil. The print itself is approximately 9 cm x 9 cm and the paper is A5. I do the best to accurately reflect the true colours of the print. As each print is handpulled , there may be variations between each print produced. The print will be sent to you in a wrapper and cardboard backed envelope, all recyclable. This is one of a series of seasonal prints. I have shown the other print 'Autumn' available to purchase separately.

I walk daily through the local countryside, taking photos as I go. This print is a composition of the plants and trees I have photographed.
