Description

"In Grizedale Forest" is a chalk pastel and pencil drawing which I created in 2022, while visiting Grizedale Forest in the Lake District, UK. I was sitting next to a stream and aimed to capture the peaceful atmosphere, the glittering sunlight and the dense and beautiful greens of the mossy tree and the forest. I enjoyed drawing on toned paper, bringing out the light with the whites, yellows and light green chalk pastels. 280mm by 290mm. It was the 'June' illustration in my 2023 'Healing Trees' wall calendar. I am offering FREE shipping around the world for this special piece (including Tracked and Signed, wherever possible)! This is signed on the front and I am happy to personalise it on the back if you would like. I am happy to send more pictures of this piece if you would like to see them.
