About this item
A beautiful quilt made with vintage fabrics and hand quilted with vintage cotton perle thread. All the fabrics, in shades of green and pink, are from my vintage fabric collection. The quilt top fabrics were handcut cut then machine sewn together. The quilting was done by hand. The backing is a vintage pink and cream stripe fabric. The wadding is 80% cotton/20% polyester which makes the quilt easy to machine wash & tumble dry. The quilt measures approx 56" (inches) x 52" (inches)

The fabrics were part of a collection I've curated for several years. Pink & green are my favourite combination. I decided the patchwork deserved to be handquilted, something I rarely do, so I used my beautiful reels of vintage cotton perle for the handquilting.
