About this item
A pretty and unusual necklace in graduated shades of blue, aquamarine and antique (nickel coloured) silver. The blue crystals are Swarovski rivolis in shades of sapphire and capri blue. These have now been withdrawn from sale by Swarovski so this piece is a one-off from me. The Rivolis are surrounded with little nickel coloured glass seed beads and these beads have also been used to make a rope necklace to finish the piece. Tiny (3mm) blue Swarovski crystals sit between the rivolis. A sterling silver toggle clasp completes the necklace. The necklace measures 44cms (17 ins) along its inside edge and 25cms (10 ins) from each clasp to the tip of the bottom of the necklace. This piece is strongly made but as the beads are glass it will break if crushed, so should be kept away from small children and situations where this might happen. I will post your necklace to you wrapped in acid free tissue paper and in a sturdy cardboard postage box. The necklace has been made using a tutorial from Alena Bošková, her tutorial being called the ‘Water Strands Necklace’. Alena has given me permission to make and sell jewellery based upon her tutorials.
