About this item
This A5 journal notebook is offered as a Summer Seconds item to make way for new items. It is covered with a beautiful grass paper depicting summer garden flowers and filled with blank 120gsm ivory paper. It is perfect for journaling and sketching or as a notebook, planner, diary, wellness and gratitude journal. It is listed as a Summer Seconds item as we will soon be approaching the end of the summer season. It has 56 pages (112 sides) of sustainably sourced 120gsm paper, suitable for any writing or drawing medium. The pages are folded into 7 signatures (folios) which are then stitched together to create a beautiful exposed spine binding. This binding allows the book to lay completely flat when open. Coptic binding is one of the most ancient forms of exposed binding - striking to look at and deceptively strong. The book is cut, folded, glued and stitched by me, entirely by hand. Dimensions: A5 (21 x 15cm approximately) Position of design may vary to that shown. The boards are exactly as shown, so attractive with a delicate, wild flower pattern. The stitching is perfect and the linings extremely neat and pristine. It is a perfectly formed work of art.
