“This Playing Labrador sculpture is of Rolo, who was five years old when I met him and in great shape. It’s actually quite rare for me to be commissioned to do a younger dog, so it was a lovely opportunity to meet this labrador in his prime and be able to take all my own photos and videos. Rolo had a lot of energy and I loved seeing the beautiful shape of his body as he ran around with us during the sitting. He was such a handsome dog that I was very happy that the bronze turned out so beautifully.”
