You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please note: shipping is set so high for European Countries because, since the coming into effect of new Brexit rules, we have been unable to work efficiently without parcels often coming back. Sadly not all Eu folks are aware that there might be a charge for receiving goods from the UK, so once the parcel gets to them if they have to pay for customs, they simply reject it, letting it come back to us. This results in huge amounts of admin and grief for us sellers. If you live in Europe and want to purchase one of our products, get in touch and, providing that you are happy with the post Brexit guidelines, we can give you a real price.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
