You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Please note: shipping is set so high for European Countries because since the coming into effect of new Brexit rules, we have been unable to work efficiently without parcels often coming back. Sadly not all Eu folks are aware that there might be a charge for receiving goods from the UK, so once the parcel gets to them if they have to pay for customs, they simply reject it, letting it come back to us. This results in huge amounts of admin and grief for us sellers.
