This is the way heirlooms are made. I will provide a gift certificate in a card so you can give this as a present. I will give you an idea of my weaving schedule so you know when your special weave will be completed.

My postage rates now include duties so buyers will have no unexpected charges. I use PDDP tracked and signed for delivery but please expect some delays due to the increased volumes of customs checks.
Shipping & delivery
This item will be posted to you by Hem: Handwoven within 3 days of receiving payment.
Buying more than one item from Hem: Handwoven? You’ll pay the single-item shipping fee once, plus the listed ‘extra item’ price for each additional item. Your total will be calculated automatically in your basket.
Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
