The printing plate is made from cutting out mount board, collage. This one includes a fern leaf for the tigers stripes and a beech leaf providing the shade. All prints are delivered using a signed for service. In the images I have included a print of a leopard which is also available on Folksy.

When I am out on my walks I am more often than not coming back with bits of leaves and grasses which can come in handy for printmaking. The bracken leaf which I used on the tigers back was the starting point for this design. The colours on this print it remind me of the old Victorian tiles or Moorcroft pottery.
