About this item
I have cut out a copper arch shape and hung it from a brass horse shoe shape with a chunky sterling silver jump ring. The brass has a matt surface and as a great contrast, the copper has deep red and black tones with surface texture. This is achieved through the application of heat. The earrings have a stud fastening ,so that the brass shape sits neatly on the earlobe. The earposts and butterfly backs are both in sterling silver. Total length of the earring is 38mm / 1.5 inches from the top of the copper piece to the bottom of the brass piece. Posted in a recycled cardboard gift box; tied with raffia ribbon ready to give and posted in plastic free packaging. Thank you for your interest.
