Cold Therapy is great to use on sprains and swollen muscles and joints. Also for hot flushes of menopause. Heat Pack. When heated in Microwave these can be used to relieve tummy aces, sore muscles and keep warm. Care Instructions. Please do not wash , bit wipe clean with a damp cloth. Comes boxed with instructions.
