Sometimes the clay just goes off on its own in a direction and out pops these little figures! I create a lot of flat pieces of work and paint on them so it is a lovely change to actually sculpt a little animal, which are all done intuitively without any reference whilst working. I prefer the character of the piece to just evolve rather than copy from a photograph. I had created the Badger along with some other pieces ( in the last image shown) a while back but left it unfinished until inspiration came to as how to decorate. I was happily taken by surprise when a little star appeared and felt this was just enough.

Bought 1 itemI bought two of the cards, one for myself both arrived very quickly despite the seller apologising and explaining there may be a delay. Communication was excellent and the cards are absolutely beautiful, I will definitely be buying more items from a Spirited HeART in the future.
