The mother of pearl pendant measures 40 mm diameter and the heart charm is silver plated and it measures 15mm x 15mm from top to bottom and side to side. The pendant is suspended on a silver plated bail on a silver plated chain necklace fastened with a silver plated lobster clasp. The necklace is 18 inches (46 cms) in length. The earrings have a 20mm diameter turquoise shell disc with a heart charm as described above. They are suspended on silver plated kidney shaped ear wires and they have a drop of 20mm from the base of the ear wire.
