I send items, other than greetings cards, by Royal Mail 48hrs. Greetings cards are now sent Royal Mail 1st class, as unfortunately, 2nd class now seems to be unreliable. Running short of time? I'm happy to send items (including cards) directly to the recipient. Just add a note at checkout and include any message you'd like me to include with the item, and I'll wrap it nicely and post to their address.

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
In Scotland they are said to bring prosperity and in England and Japan some say they bring good luck, but black cats are apparently being shunned by potential owners because they do not "show well" in selfies! I think they are spectacular, just look at the way the light reflects off that magnificent black coat!
