You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty.

I love the colour turquoise, and stabilised turquoise beads have a lovely feel, colour and sheen. They were one of the first beads I used in jewellery-making, and I still love them!
