All orders are posted second class with Royal Mail to keep costs to a minimum, If you would like first class please add to your order from the Gift Voucher section. Due to new EU regulations I am sorry to say that I will no longer be able to take orders from Northern Ireland.

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Wedding hair accessories were the first pieces of jewellery I made quite a few years ago now! I love making pretty wedding pieces, and they are much better value than those you find in a bridal magazine!
