Candy Cane - red and white fused glass Christmas Tree Decoration

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

These candy canes are made from fused glass and as such are very fragile and vulnerable to being chipped or to break if dropped. Please treat with care when handling as items damaged by being dropped by the buyer will not be considered faulty for refund. Variations in colouration and design make each one its own character, and this is intentional. Please note, these gifts are not toys and are therefore unsuitable for small children to play with. All items posted will be safely wrapped to protect them on their journey in tissue paper, cushioned and boxed for posting. Thank you for buying from my small business!

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
