What a lovely combination of colours in this quilt! It would certainly brighten up the nursery! The front is made from a patchwork design of 100% cotton fabrics. The back is a soft, white, brushed cotton and sandwiched between the two is a cosy layer of bamboo wadding. Bamboo is hypoallergenic and great to keep baby warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot. The quilt is ideal for baby's cot, as a play mat on the floor or for tucking around the car seat. The patchwork features triangles in a windmill design with a base colour of bright yellow complimented by pink flamingos, turquoise florals, pastel check and a delightful house design. The quilt measures 100 x 76cm, is made from top quality materials and is machine washable on a gentle cycle.

I have made patchwork quilts for my grandchildren and they love them. Their quilt is a snuggly place to curl up and sleep, giving extra warmth to the bed in winter or used on its own in summer.
