Handcrafted in Lancashire
All my jewellery listed here is sterling silver except for the silver plated upcycled cutlery collection. There will be elements of sterling silver in every design (except keyrings and bookmarks), some will be completely so, others may have combinations of copper, brass, bronze, glass, enamel, pewter, resin, upcycled biscuit tins, cutlery and pre-decimal coins and/or gemstones as well. Many of the designs are one-of-a-kind.

I'm asthmatic and react to various chemicals so etching silver isn't really a good idea for me. However, I wanted to know about it, so I went on a course where the facilities were suitable for me to try safely. I had a great time, made quite a few pieces but decided I shouldn't pursue this method in my home studio. Consequently, this piece is very much a one-off. Since then, I've discovered another way of etching that doesn't involve chemicals - it doesn't work for silver but it does for copper and for pewter, so I now use this other method and continue to use the silver for piercing and reticulation.
