About this item
A mixed media piece using original lino printed artwork layered together as a collage - 'Winter Sun and tulips'. Colours are dirty greens, light duck egg blue and pale yellows on a distressed off white ground. The lino images were printed on sewing pattern tissue paper and then used as collage with other papers such as old book pages. The image measures 22cm x 29cm and paper is 32cm x 38cm. Image shows a winter view looking down a garden with shed, trees and cat. A jug of tulips and a mug sit in the foreground. Please note that although this uses lino printed papers the resulting artwork is one of a kind / individual. Image will be sent cellophane wrapped.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Sometimes the familiar view from your own window is all the inspiration you need. The tulips were birthday flowers and our little black cat can be seen looking back at the house. I often create layered and collaged pieces using my own original printed artwork. By printing onto tissue paper I can layer the separate colours together which gives added texture and depth.
