You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This arrived quickly and communication was good and friendly. It's very nicely made using, it looks like, re-purposed wood, is good and sturdy and is exactly what we wanted. The spice rack was a Christmas present for my son, along with some herbs and spices to go with it. There will also be room for oils and sauces too. He loves it!
