January Copper Heart Birthstone Pendant - Garnet - Siam Swarovski Crystal Beads

This gorgeous heart pendant has been hand woven from copper wire. Three thicker lengths of wire have been laced together using very fine wire with a flame weave to create an intricate pattern around the curves of the heart shape. I've then finished it by spiralling the ends of the wires & adding 3mm Swarovski® crystal bicone beads. These crystals are a colour called Siam which represents Garnet - the colour for January, so it would make a lovely present for a January birthday! I've oxidised the copper to bring out it's lovely colour & the beautiful detail in the weave, & then polished it to a bright shine. It measures 4cm wide & 4cm long from the top of the bail. It comes with a 2mm thick waxed black cotton cord, complete with handmade fastenings. The cord length is approx. 40cm but I can supply a different length if required - please let me know via the 'choose options' button. The pendant will be posted out first class, in a 100% recycled (& recyclable!) gift box, within a recycled polythene bag. ---------- Please note that I have used relatively fine wire to create this pendant, as I wanted to create a lighter, more delicate design. Please take care to store it in it's box when not being worn (i.e. not loose in a bag or pocket), to prevent it from getting bent out of shape. ----------
