Welcome to my Folksy shop. I love British wildlife and nature, and these are the inspiration behind my designs. I create original textile art using a combination of fabric appliqué, freehand machine embroidery and hand embroidery. The designs are professionally scanned by my local printer, then digitally printed onto a range of products including greeting cards, homewares, and tote bags. Alongside these printed collections, I also create handmade cards and beautiful hanging decorations, bringing a touch of handcrafted artistry to your home. Helen x

My designs are inspired by British wildlife. I create them using a combination of appliqué and freehand machine embroidery. The designs are then scanned and digitally printed on coasters and greetings cards, and are all listed on my Folksy shop. I graduated from Northumbria University in 2000 with a degree in Fashion Marketing. I worked in the Fashion & Textile industry until 2012 when I became a mum. Lellibelle came out of a desire to work from home so I can do school drop offs/pick-ups.

I have been a fan of Helen’s work for a good while now, her craftsmanship never fails to impress. And my latest purchase from her Folksy shop- a beautiful Dragonfly embroidered mini hoop is no exception! Her combination of colours, attention to detail in stitching and her clever design inspired by nature just brings joy to the homeplace. She also has been incredibly helpful with any customer enquiries. Would definitely recommend this artist!!

Bought 1 itemI love everything I’ve bought from Helen. The homeware is high quality and the designs fit perfectly in my home. I’ve also bought several items as gifts for my family, and they loved her gifts just as much.
