About this item
A unique silver and blue handcrafted flower brooch. This brooch would make a lovely gift for Mother’s day, a birthday, anniversary or special occasion. I have created this brooch by shaping sterling silver filled copper wire into 5 petals to form a flower. The flower is attached to a silver coloured brooch back. I have added a selection of glass beads in shades of blue and turquoise, bright blue seed beads, frosted blue matte glass pearls and a large glass pearl bead at the center of the flower. The stem of the flower has a wire weave detail and elegant swirls. The brooch measures 5 cm x 7 cm ( 2” x 2 3/4”) approximately. The wire I have used for this brooch is 10% sterling silver filled copper wire (sterling silver bonded to a copper centre). It has a much thicker layer of sterling silver and is more durable than silver plated wire. My jewellery will be sent to you by Royal Mail 1st class post.
