Lady on the Lake is a digitally created image available as giclee prints, printed to Fine Art Trade Guild standards, and as A6 blank inside greetings cards which I print. There is no "original" artwork because it is a computer file. Printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 gsm with Epson UltraChrome inks. Edition: 75 of A3 image plus plain borders (approx. 25 mm) £90 each with mount. Made to order: £80 each with back mat or A4 image plus small plain borders with back mat each £50 plus P&P limited to 75 prints. There is one mounted A3 image in stock ready to post, mount size 40.5 x 50.5 cm, with a Certificate of Authenticity, otherwise prints will be made to order so please allow 10 to 15 days for new prints to be made. I print cards onto English acid free, archival watercolour paper, prepared for digital print on both sides. Cards are blank inside for your own message. They are packed in compostable clear bags. Prints are on digital fine art papers. I specialise in hand sewing silk and natural fibres for apparel. I often re-use packaging or use eco sugar cane mailing bags to send orders. I designed this wedding dress for a private client. It was made from 100% silk satin, chiffon and habotai with some organza. She wanted the dress to look as though she was coming up from a pool, so the hem was longer than floor length. I took photos of the dress on a dressmaker's dummy who had no arms so the chiffon sleeves drooped almost to the floor. A few years after making the dress, I was on a 6 week full time professional graphic design training course and during the course I edited the picture in PhotoShop; I cut away the background and then "lifted" the sleeves digitally as well as digitally enhancing the photo. I then created the background and the lady's face using painting software in PhotoShop. After the course I finished off the image in my home studio using PhotoPlus.
