About this item
A hand-made fused glass bird that makes the perfect addition to your Christmas tree. The wing and eye of the bird are tack-fused to the body, leaving them in relief above the glass, giving a very tactile result. Each part of the bird is fired separately, then assembled and tack-fused to make the final piece. The birds are made individually by hand, which means that no two will be identical and the decoration you receive may vary slightly to the one shown in the picture. The finished piece measures approximately 7 cm across and 6 cm high. Each decoration has a silver plated bail glued to the back and is hung on an organza or satin ribbon.
