Water-based black, matte ink print on white 140 gsm paper, hand-hand pressed with a spoon and touched up by hand also to give it a consistent tone all over. Hand painted in acrylic ink. (Watermark only included to protect the online image, the print will only have edition number, title if needed and it will be signed by myself.) Size of the image is approx. 18,5 x 11 cm Size of the mount is approx. 25 x 19 cm Limited edition of 25 prints in this colour of this design. Also available in turquoise, teal and black and white. Delivered mounted and wrapped in cellophane. Other colours available, plain white, teal and gold. All UK-bound items are sent 1st class delivery, signed for. As a fan of all things nautical, I do love mermaids, the ones of legend, the dangerous ones, and this merry maid could wind a number of sailors in her tail and drag them to their demise. Here be monsters! Though very pretty and intriguing ones, 4 star fish mark her container, with a Celtic inspired repeated knot pattern. Also available with coloured backgrounds and starfish in teal and turquoise and plain white.
