About this item
A unique hand-stitched miniature applique with embroidered flowers and other details intricately stitched and mounted onto a greeting card. Perfect for someone who loves gardens and gardening. My cards measure 12 x 9 cm (3.5” x 5”) and come with coloured recycled paper envelopes in a protective cellophane sleeve. Each card is signed on the front and my studio stamp is on the back. The title 'The Old Wheelbarrow' is also written on the front of the card. Cards are made from stout 100% recycled card - left blank inside. I always post promptly first class, and your card will be wrapped carefully and sent in good packaging to protect corners from damage on its way to you. Additional cards only 20p postage per item. This design was based on a very old wooden wheelbarrow that we inherited. It was this lovely colour and I decided to make it into one of my stitched card designs, filling it with embroidered flowers. Sadly the old barrow is no longer still standing, but this is a way to remember it and all the miles it would have traveled!
