This print of a full blue moon shows a rabbit curled on its surface, as if in sleep. In Japanese folklore, the rabbit spirit was sent to live there as reward for an act of self-sacrifice. The print area measures approximately 10cm squared and is hand pressed on quality 200gm paper. It will be sent in a cello bag with cardboard backing ready to slip into a frame. A lovely gift for a kind friend or relative.
