Please add one of these smart grey and turquoise gift boxes to your order for every item you would like boxed. Your jewellery will sit on a foam flocked pad and be wrapped in tissue to keep it safe. The gift boxes come in various sizes and I will select the most appropriate size for the piece of jewellery to make it look beautiful for giving as a gift, or to keep for yourself! If you purchase more than one item from me but only need one in a gift box, let me know which one it is at the point of checkout (note to shop) and I will do the rest!

This item will be posted to you by Dragonfly Lane within 3 days of receiving payment.
Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
