My inspiration for this beautiful print was the stunning red rose which blooms in my garden every year. Climbing up the side of the house in the sunshine it has a perfect spot to flourish. I always mix different media in my designs and the vase is cut from a hand-painted intricate decorative tile textile design in gouache.
