Tea Towel - British Wildlife

A Tea Towel for the nature lover, featuring lots of native wildlife including a fox, an otter, a Scottish wild cat, a squirrel and a pine marten amongst others. These Tea Towels are all originally designed by me, Melanie. The images are produced from hand carved lino blocks which are printed and then turned into screens to produce the finished tea towel image. The tea towels are all made from unbleached, ethically traded cotton and printed using water based inks (completely colourfast and washable!) Large size tea towell: 79cm x 49cm size. All hemmed and finished. Machine washable at 40 degrees c. I like to make a mix of different types of images, all quite stylised but some with a sense of humour to the image too. I often take the natural world, animals and allotments as my inspiration. I love making lino prints and produce a range of limited edition artworks and greetings cards as well as screen printed tea towels and bags from my lino print designs.
