It is ready to hang. I made some felt for the sky and to embed in small areas across the scene. I then painted pieces of up cycled fabrics and stitched these around the loch. I then machine and hand stitched in the details. The title of the piece is stitched onto the back.\n\nSome key features of this textile landscape include:\n\n- This is an original contemporary textile landscape.\n\n- It is ready to hang without a frame so you appreciate all the different colours and textures. I have inserted a fine wooden dowel on the back in an attached pocket which will allow it to hang on a picture hook. There is a flat dowel at the bottom to stop the wall hanging from curling. Alternatively, you may wish to have the artwork framed.\n\n- The total size is 11.5 inches wide by 14 inches in length.\n\n- I've called this work, 'Leave No Trace.'\n\n- Also included is a note of authentication from me, Susan Betty.\n\n- Shipping across the U.K. is included.\n\nThis original textile landscape will be posted out by first class mail. The work will be covered with glassine paper before it is carefully encased in bubble wrap (or equivalent). It will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing materials.\n\nCopyright remains with the artist. All rights reserved.
