All the patchwork fabrics are hardwearing 100% cotton. The soft short pile anti-pil fleece backing is 100%  easy care polyester.\r\n\r\nBetween the snuggly fleece and the patchwork front I've placed a layer of Sew Simple EcoBlend quilters wadding. This is made from recycled fibres - 70% cotton, 30% polyester.\r\n\r\nAround the edge I've stitched in place a double layer of homemade binding made from one of the black and white prints used in the patchwork.\r\n\r\nThe quilt measures 40\" wide by 56\" long (101cm x 142cm). It is an ideal size to use as a cuddly sofa throw, a throw on a single bed or to use as a car blanket.\r\n\r\nMachine washable on a gentle cycle.
