I made these two while wanting to try out some new pottery techniques. \r\n\r\nHow were they made?\r\n\r\nI started by throwing a closed form on the wheel, slowly closing in the top of the cylinder until it met in the middle. After a little drying time, I carefully cut the tops off to create a bottom and a lid and then turned a flange so the lid fit nicely on the base.
