This spatula is coated in sunflower oil to protect it from water ingress. This item is number SP01 and this is pyrographed on the handle as our items are original and limited editions. Shaped using a spokeshave, small chisel and a block plane, and finish with various grades of sandpaper. Then marinated in sunflower oil for 4 hours, wiped clean and polished with a soft cloth.\r\nDimensions: 29.5cm long x 5.2cm wide x 2.0cm wide approx. Weight: 20 grams \r\n\r\nThis spatula is made from organic, natural, solid wood and will distort if put near a heat source such as a radiator, it will also discolour if left in direct sunlight. The item you see here is the one you will receive and I have aimed to provide dimensions which are as accurate as possible.
