The surfite is a pastel minty aqua colour (one is bluer than the other) and has a swirly  'eye' at the bottom in darker shades of teal and green, they aren't an exact match but work well together. These dangle earrings measure 48mm (from top of the hook) by 19mm, surfite is lightweight so comfy to wear all day. Comes gift boxed.\r\nThe surfite comes from Cornwall and is a build up of cured resin that forms during the glassing stage of surfboard manufacture making these earrings a great gift for a surfer. I cut this particular material myself and you can see the original block and a work in progress shot in the photos (the rough isn't included). Where the last drips of resin were falling into the bucket stalagmites were forming and then being surround by subsequent layers of resin. The eye pattern is achieved by cutting through those stalagmites. The rough material came from Toy Factory Surfboards in Newquay, Cornwall.
