It was very much based on the TR4A but with an inline straight six 2498cc engine which gave it a very respectable 6.3seconds 0-60mph time. It was replaced by the TR6 after only a very short production period of a year giving the feeling it was a stop gap prior to the launch of the TR6.\r\nPHOTOGRAPH - I photographed this car in July 2023 at a Classic Car Rally in Worthing.\r\n\r\n(We photograph and design the illustrations we use on our products.
