Each one is gently sanded and hand painted with 3 coats of underglaze, topped with a shiny transparent glaze.  They have been finally fired to 1260c to give them their vibrant colour and sheen.\r\n\r\nWhite organza ribbon has been attached.\r\n\r\nStar Size:  9 cm x 9 cm\r\n\r\nEach Christmas star arrives in a natural cotton keepsake pouch.\r\n\r\nAll my ceramic creations have been individually handcrafted by me with love and care.  No two pieces are the same as each one has its own unique characteristics.\r\n\r\nAdditional Information\"\r\nPorcelain is the strongest of all clays.
