I also added some polyester toy stuffing to create a nice dome to the button.\r\n\r\nA 1.5cm FSC approved plywood disc has then been secured the reverse of each button and a mink shade of artists quality metallic paint was hand painted on each, with a final layer of clear varnish.  \r\n\r\nGold plated leaf shaped bails were secured to the rear and I’ve added gold plated stainless steel earring hooks with scroll detail.
