The fired heart has then been painted with rose pink.\r\n\r\nAs with all my jewellery it is made and decorated entirely by hand.\r\n\r\nAfter forming my pendants from fine white clay, I imprint my design. When dry, I sand the back and sides of the pendants and round off the corners to ensure they are super smooth. They then have their first firing. Next I paint them using under-glazes and apply a transparent glaze before firing again to earthenware. Being glazed all over they are smooth against the skin whilst retaining the texture of the imprinted design. The result is a pleasantly tactile item.\r\n \r\nThis is a one-off listing, the pendant in the photographs is the actual one you will receive.\r\n\r\nThe pendant is a little under an inch (25mm) across the widest part.\r\n\r\nAll my jewellery comes in an attractive eco friendly box.\r\n\r\nMatching items are available, if there is nothing currently listed just ask.\r\n\r\nThe chain shown is silver plated and 18\" long with a lobster clasp. I can put the pendant onto a different length chain, as listed in the options.
