Measures 34mm by 21mm (exc bail) and comes on an 18 inch chain, if you'd prefer a different length please drop me a message.\r\nFordite is layers of cured paint that built up in the spray booths at vehicle plants, the panels would be placed on rails to be sprayed and paint would build up on the rails getting cured after each coat. The guy I bought the rough material from worked at the Kenworth plant in Chillicothe USA. Kenworth make cabs for big 18 wheel trucks often with custom paint colours hence the range in this piece. Changes in how vehicles are painted mean that fordite is only formed in small quantites now and it is becoming increasingly difficult to source.
