It cannot be redeemed in any of my other online outlets or at actual craft fairs, shops or galleries - or exchanged for cash. No change can be given.\r\n\r\nTo secure an item, the recipient needs to contact me with the voucher code and we can go from there. I'll then be able to set up a custom listing with the gift voucher amount taken off the total cost if necessary.  \r\nN.B. Shipping cost of £1 needs to be applied to the total cost.
