There's a hillside dotted with freshwater pearls and tiny flower beads: a rickety fence and a pencil-like cypress tree, while overhead soars a silvery dragonfly, all beneath a crescent moon.\r\n\r\nThe buttons and the vast majority of beads are all pre-loved, the cypress is a recycled icicle decoration and the fence is made from jewellery findings. The button tree is anchored to pebbles and granite chips and the water's edge is delineated by a silver snakechain. The white card mount is set immediately below the glass to emphasise the frame's depth.\r\n\r\nThe black box frame is 27 cm (10.5 ins) square and 3.3 cm deep. It has a hanging hook on the back.
