This is an elaborate hand crafted fine pewter brooch.\n\nAll brooches are limited editions and are signed or stamped on the back. \nThe length of the brooch is approximately 4 centimeters, and the height is approximately 4 cm.\nI hand craft each and every item in my shop.\n\nThis brooch is made from fine English Pewter, I polish to a high sheen then give it some colour by carefully patinating with a combination of surface treatments and then re polish to give a beautiful vintage feel to the metal.\nMy clasps are made from steel, with a secure roller fastening. Clasps are pinned and soldered to the brooch.\n\nBrooches make fabulous Christmas presents........If you know that someone likes jewellery, but you don't know if they have pierced ears or you don't want to guess a finger size, then a brooch really fits the bill. Sometimes people may have allergies and can not wear anything made of metal next to their skin, but a lovely brooch that can be worn on a jacket sweater or a scarf is a lovely personal gift that solves that problem.\n\n Making is my full time job.
